Kaydouh & Associates handles all personal injury cases on a straight contingency, which means that if you do not receive anything from the insurance company or the other party, then there would be "no" legal fees paid to Michael D. Kaydouh & Accociates. However, the client as always responsible for out-of-pocket expenses involved in the case, such as filing fees, court reporter charges, medical record fees, and things of that nature. Our legal fees come from a percentage of the total amount of monies we recover from your insurance company or the other party on your behalf.
